All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Method
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days (Monday – Friday) using UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
The estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days.
Shipping Status
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email right away, please do not worry. The delivery date or date range provided at checkout will still apply and your order will be delivered within that timeframe.
Orders may occasionally ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If your order requires additional information to be processed, we will contact you via email.
You can check the status of your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Order Changes
Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
If you wish to return a product, please follow the returns procedure after receiving the item.
Item Not Received
If you have successfully placed an order but have not received it while the tracking status shows it as delivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly to locate your package.
Once the item has been handed over to the carrier, the shipping process is outside our control. However, if the issue persists, please contact us via email and we will assist you.
